She went above and beyond what was expected. Everything went seemlessly because of her, including the bidding process. She met us to look at several homes immediately when we were visiting the area without notice. We put in the offer and were chosen the same day, while on our flight home. Being out of state, Alicia went to the home so many times for inspections and walk-throughs and would Facetime us while there so we were able to see everything happening. She would check in with us constantly and let us know how everything was going throughout the process. She also provided us with the name to an amazing lender that got us our loan so quickly (Mitchell Jones). Alicia set up all of the appointments necessary for buying the home and got them there within a week. The home loan officer worked so quickly with her that we could have closed within just a couple of weeks if we needed, but being out of town, we stuck with a month. She also ensured we had a warranty and left a lockbox with our key for us to make it easier when we are able to move across states. Thank you so much Alicia!!!

I appreciate that she's so focused and sharp. I moved from Richardson, Texas, and actually was coordinating months ago on a preliminary basis while living there. That agent continued to send me automated emails for properties that did not fit me, such as $500,000 properties that were well outside my price range. Even after I called and emailed her, she continued to do that until I mentioned to the agent working with me there before I sold the house that I needed to find someone else. She's with Ebby and coordinated with her corporate office to help me find someone here who has expertise, is energetic, and communicates well. Soon they recommended one agent: Alicia. In fact, Alicia seems to forget nothing, even minor details days and weeks later. I moved myself many times when I worked with Cisco Systems to stay employed after restructures and groups being shut down. Employees get 2 months to find a position in another group. Employees have to apply and interview in other groups as if they do not work for the company. I moved from Dallas to San Diego to San Jose to Austin to Richardson, Texas (and stayed in a temporary location in each city). During this time period alone (with more purchases than that married and single), I bought five houses within 10 years, which seems crazy even to me. Because I've had a lot of experience working with agents, I do not take their expertise and hard work for granted. As you know, there's a big difference in agents. I've had good experiences and also worked with agents who turned out to be low energy, which just means that I have to work much harder and hope for the best because it's difficult for me to see the data, all while working long hours usually. So I really appreciated working with Alicia. We had quite the dynamic and lots of moving parts in the selling of our first home. It was a hard decision in selling out first home in which we brought our children home from the hospital but was the right one. She was was always understanding to our circumstance. She helped us though some tough decisions with the buyers of our home as we didn't always see eye to eye with them. She went above and beyond multiple times. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.
